In order to initiate the transfer application for your child, please provide a hard copy of your child's attendance and behavior records from their previous school. Once these documents are received, you will be able to complete the official transfer application.

Please submit the aforementioned records in person to the Superintendent's Office. These records must be in hand before any further action on the transfer request can be taken.
