In the event of heavy rain, flooding and/or lightning or the extreme possibility of any of these events on Friday at 12:30 pm, we will cancel the parade for safety reasons.
In the event of flooding on the track, heavy rain or lightning or the extreme possibility of any of those events at 5:30 pm on Friday, we will hold the coronation ceremony in the main gym.
